By downloading or using PhotoButler, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

PhotoButler is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

PhotoButler uses on-device analysis to suggest photos that may be safe to delete (duplicates, blurry shots, old screenshots, and similar). These are suggestions only — PhotoButler never deletes a photo automatically. You are solely responsible for reviewing suggestions and confirming any deletion. We are not liable for photos deleted as a result of your own confirmation, or for any inaccuracy in a suggestion (for example, a photo incorrectly flagged as blurry or duplicate).

PhotoButler offers an optional Premium unlock, available as a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription, and it does not renew or charge again. Pricing is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play listing before purchase. The purchase is processed and managed by the App Store or Google Play and is subject to their respective terms and refund policies. For iOS users, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies and can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Your use of PhotoButler is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All photo data stays on your device and is your responsibility to back up — PhotoButler has no server, and therefore no backup copy of your data exists anywhere else.

PhotoButler is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoButler and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos or data.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
